3Who can apply

3.1You can apply if you:

3.2There is no minimum or maximum follower count. Accounts with under 25,000 followers on the date you apply are also considered for Rising Muse (see clause 4.3).

3.3You cannot apply if you are a member of our staff, a juror, or a member of a partner’s staff who is involved with the Awards, or a close family member of any of them.

3.4We may ask for reasonable proof of your age, your residence and your ownership of the account you applied with. If you do not provide it within 7 days of our request, your entry may not go forward to judging. If that happens, we will refund your entry fee.

3.5We check every entry for eligibility before it is judged (see clause 8.1).

4Categories

4.1There are ten categories:

4.2You do not choose a category. Our team places each entry in the category or categories where your profile fits best.

4.3Accounts with under 25,000 followers on the date of entry are also considered for Rising Muse.

4.4If your entry is considered for Brand Collaboration of the Year, we may ask you to name the brand involved and to confirm that the work was labelled as an advert or as gifted.

4.5The Muse of the Year is chosen by the jury from all finalists. Nobody can apply for it.

4.6The Community Award is not applied for separately. Every finalist is included automatically, and the winner is decided by public vote (see clause 9).

4.7If a category has too few eligible entries, we may combine it with a related category or not award it. The entries affected are still considered in other categories.

5How to apply

5.1Apply using the form on our website. Each person may make one entry. Your entry must include:

5.2You do not submit individual posts. The accounts you apply with must be your own and stay public until 13 February 2027.

5.3Your entry counts only once the form is complete and we have received your entry fee. We will confirm your entry by email.

5.4Entries must reach us between 30 October 2026 and 23:59 UK time on Sunday 15 November 2026.

5.5Everything you submit must meet the promises in clause 12 (Your content).

6Suggestions

6.1Anyone may send you the link to apply. We do not contact creators who have been suggested, and we do not collect their details.

6.2Every entry is made and paid for by the creator, at the same fee as everyone else.

6.3Being suggested makes no difference to how an entry is judged.

7Entry fee and payment

7.1The entry fee is €20. Each person may make one entry.

7.1AYour personal report. The fee includes a written report on your account, prepared by our team and sent by email on 30 November 2026. It is guidance only: it does not form part of judging, jurors never see it, and it does not predict or affect a result. We send reports after every entrant’s 14-day cancellation period has ended, so the report does not affect your right to cancel (see clause 11.1).

7.2There is no separate fee for the Community Award. Every finalist is included automatically (see clause 9).

7.3Prices include any VAT that applies. There are no other fees.

7.4You pay by card through our payment provider, Shopify Payments.

7.5Paying the entry fee does not improve your chances of becoming a finalist or winning.

8Judging

8.1Checks first. We check each entry for eligibility and for authentic engagement. Entries that use bought followers or bought engagement will not go forward to judging and may be disqualified (see clause 14).

8.2The jury. Entries are judged by a jury of 5 to 7 people from the creator community, brand marketing, photography and the press. We will announce their names on our website before judging begins.

8.3The jury assesses the accounts you entered and the content you publish on them between 1 December 2026 and 17 January 2027. Criteria. The jury scores each entry against these weighted criteria:

Criterion Weight
Aesthetic 40%
Consistency 30%
Originality 20%
Community 10%

8.4Conflicts of interest. Jurors declare any conflicts of interest. They do not score entrants they know personally or work with.

8.5Merit only. Results are based only on merit, using the jury’s skill and judgement. Paying does not improve your chances. There is no element of chance: this is not a lottery or prize draw.

8.6Finalists and winners. Up to six finalists in each category will be announced on 30 January 2027. Winners will be announced on stage at the awards evening on 13 February 2027. The jury also chooses The Muse of the Year from all finalists. The Community Award is decided by public vote (see clause 9).

8.7Partners. Partners and sponsors do not judge and do not influence the results (see clause 13).

8.8Final decision. The jury’s decision is final. However, if we find a genuine error, such as a scoring or administrative mistake, we will correct it.

9Community Award: public vote

9.1The Community Award is not applied for separately. Every finalist is included automatically. The winner is decided by public vote, not by jury scores.

9.2Voting opens on 30 January 2027 and closes at 23:59 UK time on 7 February 2027.

9.3Anyone aged 16 or over who lives in the UK may vote.

9.4Every vote must be verified by email. Each verified email address may vote once per day. Each day runs from midnight to midnight UK time.

9.5We remove any votes we reasonably believe are automated or bought. These votes are treated as bought engagement under clause 14.

9.6The finalist with the most valid votes wins. If there is a tie, the jury decides.

10Finalists, winners and prizes

10.1Each finalist receives:

10.2We will ask finalists for a postal address for the invitation. Finalists must confirm their seats by 6 February 2027.

10.3Seats are personal to you. They cannot be transferred, and there is no cash alternative.

10.4Travel and accommodation are not included.

10.5Each winner receives a MUSE award to keep. There is no cash alternative.

10.6We may publish the names of finalists and winners.

11Cancellation and refunds

11.1Withdrawing for a full refund. You can withdraw your entry and receive a full refund within 14 days of paying, or at any time before entries close at 23:59 UK time on Sunday 15 November 2026 if that is later. This includes your legal right to cancel. Every entrant’s 14-day period ends by 29 November 2026; personal reports are sent on 30 November 2026 and judging starts later, so we make no deduction.

12.3You confirm that:

13Partners and sponsors

13.1Partners and sponsors do not judge and do not influence the results.

14.2We may also disqualify an entry that breaks these Terms in another way, for example the eligibility rules in clause 3.

14.4If we disqualify your entry for breaking these Terms, your entry fee will not be refunded.

15Changes to the Awards

15.1We may change the venue or date of the ceremony for reasons beyond our control. We will tell you as soon as we reasonably can.

15.2If the date moves, you may ask for a full refund within 14 days of us telling you (clause 11.3). If the ceremony is cancelled, we will refund all entry fees in full.

16Our liability to you

16.1If we break these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

16.2Except as set out in clause 16.3, our total liability to you in connection with your entry is limited to the entry fee you paid.
